Announced at the United Nations Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction in Geneva, Switzerland in June 2025, Boothman Global serves a worldwide market in cooperation with strategic partnerships and infrastructure investment clients that direct resources to nation-states for locally-directed pre-disaster resilience and climate adaptation efforts and post-disaster rapid activations for disaster response and long-term recovery.
The primary clients mix includes Federal, State/Province, Tribes and First Nations, Territories, and local governments and infrastructure owners like transportation agencies, housing corporations, and water authorities through direct and subcontract relationships.
We serve private sector industries whose work is mission-aligned to create a safer and more just world through improving quality of life and health outcomes for people and communities, improving environmental sustainability and ecosystem health, and promoting prosperity for households and communities and stable and vibrant regional economies.
PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION
A Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) — is a for-profit structured to realize financial returns or profitability in harmony with social and environmental benefits. It is also required to be governed to with accountability and transparency.
Most corporations are "C Corps," primarily focused on maximizing shareholder value or profits. Sometimes that happens at the expense of stakeholders, communities, and the natural environment.

We are committed to impact reporting and are actively pursuing pending certification status with B Lab (the premiere B-Corp certification organization) until we hit the time trigger that allows the firm to pursue full certification.
